The rare Longsnout fish is imported from China; known for its freshness, it is a dish in Chinese national banquets. Enjoy this great dish for only NT$399; add NT$99 and get a plate of black tuna. The inexpensive and plentiful seafood include rock cods, lobsters, crabs and eels ¡V all fresh and sold by weight. The Iceberg Live Amberjack (NT$29/oz.) is expertly prepared by the chef into sashimi slices with the head and tail still in motion. The rare Dragon Tendon, fried pig¡¦s optical nerve with basil, is tenderer than cow tendon. All the dishes are generously portioned and served in a vivacious atmosphere with the hospitality making up for the sparse decoration. This is a great banquet place favored by many businesses; prices range from NT$4000 to NT$6000. 500cc beer is on special for NT$39.
