         With the freezing weather outside, this is a great season for "meat yaki". If you know nothing about meat yaki, start by trying the Three-Pot-One Meat Yaki. It¡¦s an all-you-can-eat buffet that doesn¡¦t skimp on the food, so gorge all you want. U.S. Short Rib (NT$190), with fat evenly distributed, is high-quality meat that very few restaurants in the Taichung area can afford to offer. Well worth the money is the seafood included on the all-you-can-eat menu--dungeness crabs, prawns, salmon stomach, willow fish, squid, and South Pole ice fish, each valued at NT$120 to NT$280. Lunch costs NT$299 to NT$499 and dinner is NT$399 to NT$499.
