         A truly genuine Korean barbeque, this places features seasonings, marinades and grills all imported directly from Korea. The Korean-born owner says the traditional way to eat Korean home-cooked barbecue is to wrap the grilled meat in lettuce; the Koreans believe that eating in this way will help achieve a bodily balance. Short Ribs (NT$350), cut up in large pieces for grilling, is a satisfying meal. Spicy meats marinated in a homemade sauce (NT$250) are grilled as vegetables are gradually mixed in. Remember not to overcook the meat. The best, preferred way to eat is to start with the meat and, at the end, pour the remaining sauce--the essence--over rice.
