         Autumn is the best season for enjoying crabs. With 25 years of history, Yuan-Shen Seafood Restaurant promotes Chinese Mitten Crabs. For a Chinese Mitten Crab which weighs about 190 grams, the cost is only NT$200. When compared with the price of NT$199 to NT$299 at supermarkets, Yuan-Shen offers a fairly good deal. The special promotion for November is seasonable crabs with tender meat, mature ovaries and digestive glands. Each weighs about 300 grams and only costs NT$60. Seafood gourmets can enjoy fresh flavors by steaming or cooking these with chopped garlic. In addition, the tasty rockfish only costs NT$168 and is good for steaming or making soup. It is worth mentioning that this place also provides fish for state feasts--the grass carp which is on the menu the banquets President Chen holds for foreign guests. The flesh of grass carp is tender and sweet and is also good for steaming or making soup. Each carp costs around NT$600, meaning that you don't have to be a foreign dignitary to taste this special dish. The owner also recommends the bleeker, a reservoir fish, which is tender and tasty. Each costs around NT$350. Yuan-Shen provides both simple meals and big feasts, plus catering services and food delivery.
