         This restaurant's decor is centered around bamboo. There are indoor and outdoor eating areas where diners can enjoy a fine meal under the moon and stars. The pride of this restaurant is the unique pepper prawns, unlike anything you' ve tasted on the island. Large, succulent Thai prawns are specially selected and seasoned with an original house blend of pepper and Chinese herbs. This dish has a unique spiciness and provides a complex peppery experience, with savory shrimp sans the fishy flavor. You' ll be quite delighted by this seafood creation. Besides the pepper prawns, there is mandarin duck and shrimp hot pot. First, live shrimp are tossed into ice water, then thrown into boiling mandarin duck soup.
