VISITOR RATINGS & REVIEWS
This
large, eye-catching restaurant and teahouse looks like it was completely
transplanted from some exotic Southeast Asian resort, with its peaked
Malay-style roofs, lush tropical garden, fountain, rattan furniture,
umbrella-covered tables and imported Malay handicrafts and decorations.
There is seating for about 150 in the garden, on the open-air balcony
and spacious interior, which includes a nice mezzanine level. The
food menu includes five main Malay-style set meals (NT$180), such
as curry chicken or fish rice. There are also Japanese and Taiwanese
set meals, such as the Japanese beef rice bowl and several seafood
dishes. There is also hot pot, noodles and other snacks. The extensive
drinks menu includes the usual selection of hot and iced coffees
and teas, flower teas, milk teas, frappes and juices. Day or night,
this is a beautiful, tropical-feeling escape.
