While this strikingly-attractive bakery cafe is not new in itself, it has now transformed itself into an Italian/Western restaurant, following the lead of its sister FM Station outlet (2F, 246, Tunghsing Rd., sec. 2). In addition to baked goods, coffees and other drinks, which can be enjoyed from early in the morning to late at night, the Hsueh Shih Road FM Station now offers Italian and Western-style lunches and dinners that include a appetizer/salad/dessert buffet. Mid-range prices run from about NT$300 to NT$500 and include dishes like Grilled Chicken Breast with pesto; Grilled Beef Fillet with goose liver; Snapper with seafood sauce; and Roast Beef. Up to 10:30 a.m., there is toast and egg with any drink order. There are about 10 kinds of home-made ice cream and sherbet and many cakes (NT$15 per slice with any drink order). The decor at this establishment is certainly striking, with distinctive blue-and-white striped canopies, lots of glass for bright atmosphere and even some outdoor tables. It is
located about 100 meters behind the Yumaoou supermarket at the intersection of Hsueh Shih and Chienhsing roads.
