Hong Kong Fu Shin Hot Pot specializes in Cantonese dim sum and hot pot. Hence, customers have a variety of choices when dining here. This restaurant’s executive chef is Lu Shue Min, a top Hong Kong chef. Popular dim sum dishes include turnip cakes with sausage, pork and duck and shrimp ‘cheong fun’ with a whole shrimp wrapped inside. The broth for the hot pot is a mixture of fruits, chicken, seafood and Chinese herbs. With their exclusive seafood sauce, the taste is superb and unforgettable. Wash it down with an icy cold glass of plum juice. Hot pot meals are NT$888 for 2. Beef hot pot is available for groups of 4, for a total cost of NT$1,688. Seafood hot pot set meal is NT$2,388 per 2 persons. Dim sum dishes range in price from NT$60 to NT$90. Shrimp dumplings are NT$120 and stir-fried dishes start at NT$280.
