Dining at Chin Pao makes you feel as though you are in Hong Kong, as most of their customers are expatriates from Hong Kong who enjoy this restaurant’s authentic Cantonese cuisine. The most popular dim sum dish is ‘char leung’ with ‘ya teu’ which is wrapped up in a soft skin. It has a soft texture even after it’s cooled. One sip of ‘yin yeung’ (a mixture of coffee and milk) and you’ll be hooked.

Another specialty the chicken rice with sausage, pork and duck is made with extra-tender chicken. The barbecued pork is prepared fresh daily. Go around 11am for these specialty dishes, because they sell out quickly. Dim sum dishes range in price from NT$50 to NT$60. Other dishes cost about NT$100 each.
