The goal of the Four Seasons is to offer authentic Cantonese dim sum. It is also important to note that no preservatives are added. The shrimp ‘cheong fun’ comes strongly recommended by the Executive Chef because of its wonderful texture and paper-thin hand-made outer layer. In order to promote Cantonese cuisine, the Four Seasons will soon begin serving Cantonese-style set meals, each with a plentiful assortment of side dishes. Each dim sum dish costs NT$60 or above. Other dishes average about NT$300 in price.
