There's no place like an Irish-style pub to enjoy a hearty breakfast, provided by owner Rachel Chang and her staff. There are several weekend offerings, including The Full Monty (NT$220) with two eggs (fried or scrambled), bacon or ham, two sausages, fresh baked bread, fruit juice and coffee or tea. There is also a NT$180 bacon, tomato or crouton and cheese omelettes; and the Big Brunch (NT$320), a full Irish breakfast that includes stuff like tomato and beans. O'Chang's is located on the other side of the freeway behind Cheng Ching Hospital. To get there, take Taichung Kang Road under the freeway, turn right at the fourth traffic light (Yung Fu Rd.)past the freeway, and it's on the pedestrian lane between McDonald's and KFC.
