VISITOR RATINGS & REVIEWS
This large, upscale Western restaurant has an appealing modern
look to it and is located where the Chameleon night club used to
be, just behind the giant Holiday KTV on Huichung Road. The
menu has an unusually diverse selection of not only Western dishes
but other ethnic cuisine. The most expensive dishes, like
the NT$620 Grilled Fillet Steak or Pan-Fried Herb Lamb Steak--come
with appetizer, salad, soup, bread and coffee, tea or juice.
Others include Indian Tandoori Masala Chicken Leg with rice (NT$260),
Beef Teriyaki Hamburger (NT$180), Deep Fried Raviolis (NT$120),
beef or chicken satay with rice, Grilled Sirloin Steak with rice,
and baked potatoes with cheese. Drinks include Italian-style
coffees (NT$80-110), hot teas, herbal drinks, fruit teas and smoothies.
There is seating for 156 inside plus a smaller nice-looking outdoor
seating area. A big plus to Godfather is the sizable parking
lot in the back. Heading south on Huichung Road from Taichung
Kang Road, turn right onto Huichung 1st Street at the second traffic
light.
