What Brought You To Taiwan: 'I initially came here to work outside Australia.  I went to Thailand and Japan and, when I arrived in Taiwan, I immediately felt at home and decided to stay.'

Personal Favorite Item I Offer: Taiwan Draft Beer

Why I Got Into This Business: 'Giving another stage for Taichung performers; bringing artists and performers together and creating a atmosphere where creative people can meet.'

Why People Come To My Place: 'Because it's relaxing, it has an established crowd and performances.'

Best Thing About Running A Taichung Pub: 'Every day is different.  Also, I enjoy helping new people in Taichung and bringing people together, as a community service.  It also improves my Chinese.'

Worst Thing About Running A Taichung Pub: 'Maintaining one's balance within many emotions and the temptation to drink constantly.'

Favorite Non-Work Activity: 'Well, my second favorite is playing with the dogs at home.'

Favorite Other Establishment: Shubao Cafe (Russell's place)
