Cheng Chih-wei has been managing this Northern Chinese eatery for seven years, since graduating with a food nutrition degree. He continues to blend traditional Chinese cuisine with contemporary culture. During the last two years, praise for him and his establishment has come from people of all ages. Walking into bright, refreshing and modern Feng Wei, you are greeted by Cheng and offered the all-the-rage, nourishing floral tea. Begin with the appetizing shredded bak choy salad to jump-start your palate.
The exciting set meals are combinations of Western-style Chinese dishes. Capital Spareribs are tender and rich. Sour Slippery Fish Fillet is refreshing and appetizing. Lamb Hotpot, aromatic and tangy, will have you eating bowl after bowl without stopping. Afterwards, finish off the meal with a tasty, non-greasy Pumpkin Cake. Those that like Northern Chinese cuisine must try the "Scallion Bread", which will keep you coming back for more.
