The Outlaws Pub is a fantastic local hangout for bands and laid- back people. This rustic place is "all about the music", and creates the perfect opportunity for musicians to meet and jam together. Friday and Saturday nights are live band nights and Sunday night is Jam Night, so bring your favorite guitar or bass or sit yourself down at the bar's drum set. There are guitars, bass, microphones, amps and whatever you may need to get the roof rockin'.

This traditional Australian outback road house bar has all the feeling of rustic Australia, without the tacky memorabilia. Jim, Carol and Charlie are always welcoming guests and love to support the underground music scene. For those who just want to relax, have a game of pool on the well-maintained table, or relax on the leather sofas with their friends, this spacious bar holds more than a hundred people and is perfect for parties and bands that just want to show off their stuff. Sports nights are always a fun time on the big screen--no matter who is playing what.
Heineken, Budweiser and Taiwan Gold are NT$100 and Coronas are NT$120. Outlaws also has mixed drinks, tequila, whiskey and absinth. Fries, Rings, Popcorn, Chicken Nuggets and Kong Pao Chicken (NT$90) make for some affordable bar food; a combo plate (NT$200) is good to split with friends. So, if you want to relax, have some fun and listen or play some great music and get out of the city without going too far, Outlaws is just the place.

Outlaws is located next to Taisuco hypermart, in Nanzih and is just out of the noise and excitement of Kaohsiung City. For directions or more information, visit: Outlawspub.spaces.live.com
