The newly opened Horny Pig Restaurant
resembles an English bar, with comfy semi-circular seats,
a pool table and a long bar stocked with a wide range
of liquor. The menu presents a variety of items, from
Western cuisine to local Taiwanese favourites. If you're
a meat lover, the restaurant's main course recommendations
are the US New York Steak (NT$750), Baked Snail and
Veal Fillet (NT$500), Black Pepper Pork Spare Ribs (NT$380)
or Herb Spring Chicken (NT$280). For an extra NT$150,
your meal will be accompanied by as much soup, salad
and dessert as you can eat. Or choose from a selection
of pizzas, like the Anchovies Pizza (NT$220); or local
favourites such as the Steamed Chicken Leg in Wine Sauce
(NT$200). Beverages are certainly not limited in this
place. With a wide range of cocktails, imported beers
and spirits, you won't be thirsty. Horny Pig presents
itself as a western restaurant and bar with friendly
service, simple decor and above average cuisine.
