Hidden on WuFu 4th Road, WoodBoy European
Restaurant is a stylish establishment decorated in a
European fashion, complete with statues and large portraits.
Their prices may be mid-range, but their service and
food hold its own against any of the top-range restaurants.
Serving French-style set meals, customers can choose
between the Chef Special: a glass of wine, shrimp appetizer,
soup, garden salad, refreshment, main course (Choice
of NY Strip Steak with Mushroom Sauce, Veal with mushrooms
in a red wine Sauce or Rose Chicken Roll with French
Mustard) and dessert; and the Exquisite Dinner: Cocktail,
soup, salad, cheese bread, dessert and beverage. Monday
to Friday between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. they offer a lunch
time menu and afternoon tea follows until 5 p.m. They
also offer a wide range of coffees, including Brazil
Cerrado (NT$150). Add to that a selection of cocktails,
juices, beers and fine wines (plus some affordable jewelry
for sale) and it becomes clear that WoodBoy Restaurant
makes a good choice for an elegant dining experience.
