Tian Xiang Hui Wei Restaurant's Chinese style
facade and elegant interior give customers a special first
impression, and attract curious souls to look inside. Whether
it's their decor or their staff (all dressed in traditional
Chinese style clothing), the essence of classical China is
evident everywhere. Walking in, you are greeted by the aroma
of their unique soup base, made from over 60 types of plants
and chicken. The friendly owner, Miss Liang, proudly points
out that their healthy hot pots are Mongolian-style medicinal
hot pots from Mainland China-A first in Taiwan. Tian Xiang
Hui Wei is also the first to offer hot pot cuisine that does
not require dipping sauces, since all the fresh ingredients
have absorbed the essence of the soup base; creating a wonderful
taste combination.
There's a choice of spicier Tian Xiang Pot,
non-spicy Hui Wei Pot and a combination Tian Xiang Hui Wei
Pot as their basic hot pot soup base. Vegetarian hot pots
are also available. Tian Xiang Pot is made from a selection
of spicy plant extracts and contains natural nutrients that
will enable you to eat healthy while enjoying delicious food.
There are various seasonal ingredients such as mushrooms,
meat, seafood and others. They have uniquely textured Mongolian
Bread, Cheese Bread, Jin Shi Lian Cake, Tian Xian Noodles
and other house favorites. There is also an unlimited supply
of their own Tian Xiang Tea that leaves you with a fresh palate.
The restaurant offers dining coupons. Purchase
NT$10,000 worth and get an extra NT$5000 in value, or buy
