Located on the corner of JhongHua and DaTong roads, Rungnapar Thai Food Restaurant is harder to say than to find. This newly-moved restaurant offers an extensive menu of all the Thai food classics. Set meals, available only at lunchtime during weekdays, are decent-sized portions that start at NT$100 and include rice, vegetables and meat. Rungnapar Thai Food Restaurant also offers a wide selection of curry dishes, (spicy or mild) and seafood. Their main courses range between NT$150 - NT$250 for the more common dishes. Big spenders might try the Curry Crab Thai style (NT$900), which is a real treat. If you have room left after your meal, there is a delicious dessert that combines pumpkin and coconut milk. The menu has complete English translations, and the relaxed atmosphere and friendly service makes for a very enjoyable dining experience. Rungnapar is well worth a try for anybody who enjoys good Thai food.
