It's hard to grow bored of eating at the Bouffet
Patisserie. It's a dining experience based on change. With
an ever-evolving assortment of more than 30 gourmet cakes,
this is an enchanting trap of decadence. Though they are the
main attraction, this cafe doesn't rely only on its sweets
to draw customers. Bouffet Patisserie also serves a revolving
menu. The set meal options (NT$120-300) include two vegetables,
a soup, rice and meat, and rotate daily for between one and
three months, whereupon the whole menu is revamped. A post-modern,
open-space concept and wall of windows overlooking a park
create an ambiance of creativity and intelligence that compliments
the unique concept behind this new eatery.
