Fantasy's three Kaohsiung outlets are well-known venues
for live music, with bands performing almost every
night of the week. Two of the branches are open 24
hours, and serve food round the clock. The menu--friendly
to both groups and solo diners--features a slew of
Western and Chinese favorites, with steaks (around
NT$400), hot pots (up to NT$280), soups (typcially
NT$100 for large, filling servings), salads, and au
gratin dishes. There are some items specifically for
vegetarians. Each main course comes with a complementary
tea or coffee. If you add NT$30 or NT$50, you can drink
something more exotic. The choice of alcoholic drinks
is fairly limited, but there are draft and bottled
beers, and four or five cocktails. The business lunch
(weekdays only, from 11 am to 2 pm) is a bargain for
NT$130: there are prawn, pork, curry, and other options.
Snacks, such as onion rings, French fries, and fried
spring rolls, are also available. An almost identical
menu is available at the other 24-hour branch, at 47,
WuFu 2nd Road.
