Chris, perched above the city, boasts hardwood floors, soft music
and fresh flowers. The menu is a few simple pages - all a la carte.
Ken Liu, General Manager, recommends the New York Strip (NT$1230),
Lamb Chop (NT$1790), and Ahi-Tuna Stack with Crabmeat (NT$890).
The steaks, drizzled with butter, are served on oven-warmed china;
sterling silver and linen napkins and table cloths complete the
elegant setting. The cooks and bilingual wait staff undergo months
of training under a team sent from America, where the chain is headquartered.
Valet parking is available from 6-10pm for NT$100. Christmas Eve
