Domi Che Bu Che is a new theme restaurant. The theme is cars - but they aren't really cars anymore, as these automobiles have been turned into funky tables and decorations. Cutting the cars in half to accommodate diners didn't come so easily to Mr Huang (who loves cars) but the result is certainly worth it. On display are VW Beetles and Austin Minis that you can climb into and eat your meal. A classic Yue Long, a Jaguar (not cut up), a Vespa and an old postal bicycle are also on display. The food is plenty yummy. The meals begin at around NT$150 and top off at NT$390. Hot pots are NT$200 to NT$280; the owner recommends the Onion Chicken Baked with Noodles (NT$180) which comes with soup and tea. The coffees and ice dishes are all named after cars, such as Lotus Late (NT$90) or Beetle Cappuccino (NT$80).
