Huo Fo Europe Style Vegetarian Restaurant redefines what most people consider vegetarian cuisine, and offers an expansive array of buffet-style dishes. These include cold appetizers, Japanese-style cold vegetables, sushi, steamed and stir-fried entrees, hot pot, dim sum, soups, salad, fruit, and a wide selection of exquisite desserts. A DIY station allows you to prepare your own bowl of vegetarian noodles. There's also vegetarian sashimi, a unique Huo Fo vegetable broth with Chinese herbs, and vegetarian shark fin soup made with a variety of mushrooms.

Any dishes that include egg are clearly marked. Fridays-Sundays from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., Huo Fo has live traditional Chinese music. Buffet prices are NT$329 for lunch, NT$199 for afternoon tea, and NT$329 for dinner. Children (from 100cm to 140cm ) pay NT$150 for afternoon tea, lunch and NT$200 for dinner. Children under 100cm are free. If you can't stay for Huo Fo's buffet, they offer self-serve containers for takeout. For wedding and meeting functions, separate rooms serving vegetarian dishes banquet-style are also available by reservation.
