Glancing through All Natural Vegetarian Restaurant's mouthwatering
menu, you may soon forget that you're there to eat vegetarian.
After all, French Style Lamb Chop With Black Olive Sauce,
and Spaghetti With Minced Meat In Rose Sauce are not your
typical salad and tofu. But rest assured, the names are purely
for illustrative purposes, and no meat or meat products are
used. All the dishes, from light snacks, pasta, hot pots and
teppanyaki to combination meals, are the creations of owner
and head chef Juan and his wife.
With 20 years of vegetarian banquet experience
under his belt, Juan works passionately towards expanding
and reinventing vegetarian cuisine. His specialties include
Wild Monkey's Head Mushroom With Red and White Sauce, Pumpkin
Soup Hot Pot, and Chef's Special Sashimi. The teppanyaki menu
is also unique, offering a variety of fascinating dishes such
as Pork With Barbeque Sauce and Cod With Orange Sauce, with
the different "meat" textures created with specific
combinations of beans, wheat and Japanese konnyaku jelly.
Dishes range from NT$100 to NT$600, and arrive exquisitely
decorated, French-style, to enhance the dining experience.
