Seafood Shop is located across the street from
Naturally Delicious Seafood and is another popular
seafood restaurant. The shellfish, vegetables and
fish are fresh as can be, and served by a small
army of friendly waitresses and waiters in a comfortable,
roomy atmosphere, with both indoors and outdoors
seating available. From fish soups to seafood stews,
and ice-cold bottles of local and foreign beers
on hand, eating at A-Hong's Seafood Shop is a leisurely
and sometimes boisterous affair. According to chef/owner
Mr Lee, the restaurant is popular with families,
office ladies and students for two reasons: "good
food and moderate prices!" Local or imported
from Japan, raw or cooked, the dazzling variety
of fish and seafood is one of the big attractions
of eating here. Served in a cornucopia of styles,
the choice is bewildering, and diners can choose
among such dishes as Taiwan Mangrove Crab, Toro
Blue-fin Tuna, or Smoked Mullet Roe. Squid, crab,
octopus and eel dishes are also available here,
as well as tasty salads and marinated vegetables. |
