We are all aware of what unhealthy diets will do to our bodies- we overwork, we start having skin problems, and by not eating enough fruits and vegetables, we end up feeling tired all the time. These problems can all be solved by making a trip to the Ju Ju Bar, where you can just make a quick stop and grab a freshly-prepared fruit juice and/or other tasty, all-natural beverages. Ju Ju Bar understands the busy lifestyle people lead today, therefore, they offer range of healthy drinks that will meet all the nutrients you need for your body. Some of the popular items include Perfect 10 series, each drink that falls under this category is made from at least 3 types of vegetables and fruits, and 2 types of dried fruits and nuts. Unlike many of the energy drinks that you have tried before, which loses a bit of true flavor when you taste them. By enjoying a beverage from Ju Ju Bar, you can ensure that you are not only filling up on good nutrients for your body but also enjoying a tasty, refreshing beverage. --By Josie Wu, translated by Ann Lee
A. "The All-Energy Drink" is created by mixing fresh grapes, papaya, guava, apples, carrots, tomatoes, broccoli, almonds, black sesame seeds, dried cranberry pieces and raisins, ideal for those who often stays up late for work or study. Try "The Pursuit of Perfection" (NT$80), which gives a glow to your overall complexion, or the Double Fruity Series (NT$65), made from 2 types of fruits and vegetables, together with 2 types of dried fruits and nuts. A good choice from this category is the one made with sunflower seeds, dried prunes, fresh grapes and celery.
B. There are 7 types of hot beverages to choose from at Ju Ju Bar; the one mixed with sesame and walnuts (NT$50) is low in fat and high in fiber. If you feel like ordering a snack with this healthy beverage, try the Longan and Walnut Muffin (NT$25/each), it is made with an ancient roasting technique and soaked in red wine for 24 hours before reaching its aromatic smell.
