VISITOR RATINGS & REVIEWS
Bacchus,
the Greek god of wine, relished fine wine. He would
be found in a carefree place where one could purely
enjoy these things. Inside Warner Village's business
circle, Bacchus combines the cutting edge with the traditional.
Box seats fashioned after the opera house are curtained
for privacy. Waitresses of model caliber strut around
under the green lighting, as though dancing over discarded
wine bottles. This takes Taipei's nightlife into a new,
sensual world. You'll find any well-known alcoholic
beverage here, including red wines, champagnes, whiskies,
beers, and a full range of liquors. Enjoy an individual
glass or with an appetizer or meal, such as the Cheese
Platter (NT$380), Smoked Beef (NT$380), or Strawberry
and Champagne Platter (NT$300). Bacchus can be reserved
for special occasions. On Friday and Saturday the Disco
Party minimum charge is NT$700. At other times, its
NT$350. --By Josie Wu
