A. Savory's house special, Net Grilled U.S. Prime Rib (NT$780), is charbroiled with a secret recipe. It's crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. To spice up your steak, you may ask for pepper sauce, red wine sauce, or wasabi.
B. German Pig's Knuckle (NT$580) is a popular request among health-conscious customers. It is pan-fried for 45 minutes and then roasted. The end product has significantly less grease than its deep-fried counterpart. For an extra NT$100, you can get Set A, which gets you soup or salad plus a drink with your entree. Set B (NT$200 extra) includes an appetizer, bread, soup, salad, a drink and a dessert.
