Taiwan's Ban Tan Company has spent considerable sums of money to import everything used in the shop from the head office in Germany, including the exterior and interior decorations, the utensils, the furniture and even the napkins--a first for a Taiwanese company. Automatic machines prepare all the food and drinks, and the drink mixer machine (unique in Taiwan) serves up 36 different cocktails with recipes keyed in by professional bartenders. These taste exactly as hand-mixed cocktails would. Concerned that machine-produced food is dull? Not to worry, as Cup & Cino provides plenty of delicious ingredients for both drinks and snacks. Current regulations require Taiwan Fun to remind you not to drink and drive.
