Situated in an alley opposite the XinYi
Parking Lot near the Hsinchu Railway Station is a place
that, from the outside, looks like something from the
world of the dinosaurs. Step inside and the Stone Age
decor gives off an air of simplicity. The service in
here is very friendly and there is a normal seating
area in addition to a small, secluded sofa section.
Apart from prescheduled performances by singers, there
is an open mic time every Tuesday to Thursday from 1
to 5 p.m., which provides an opportunity for anyone
who loves to sing to come and perform live on stage.
The owner wanted to create an atmosphere that catered
for everyone, so the menu changes every three months
to cater for different tastes. The menu includes teppanyaki
dishes, baked dishes, stir fries and steak meals. In
particular, the Teppanyaki Three Cups Chicken and Oyster
Sauce Chicken Fillet are both very delicious. An assortment
of drinks is also available here. This includes coffee,
cocktails and herbal teas, plus snacks, ice cream and
other selections. Most menu items are priced between
NT$60 and NT$450. Free wireless Internet access is also
available here. |
