Wang Steak has always been very proud
of providing high-quality steak and friendly service,
and can be said to be the representative of Taiwanese-style
steak houses. For more than a decade, Wang Steak has
been a favorite of many people. Completely different
from most steak house chains, it exudes classiness,
which one can sense from its entrance and friendly reception
desk. Then there is the familiar slogan of, "One
cow can only produce six servings of Wang Steak".
This is because only the sixth to eighth sets of ribs
are of the quality that Wang Steak has set its standards
by. The meat is marinated for two days and two nights,
till the flavor has completely soaked in. It is then
slow baked at 250°C for one and a half hours, so
that the juices are locked into the meat. When the lid
is lifted, wafts of fragrance fill the air. Cut into
this well-done steak and you will be amazed by its juiciness,
completely overthrowing the old idea that well- done
meat is always tough. Area Manager Aven Huang adds that
Wang Steak comes in three different flavors: the original,
garlic, and original dipping sauces. Apart from the
popular steak choice, they also provide pork and lamb.
All set meals are NT$1,050.
