This new two-floor restaurant and lounge is owned and managed by a Dutchman named Barry. It is well decorated with antique furniture and comfortable, a great place to relax and to listen both DJ and jazz bands while your eyes are drawn to the colorful paintings on the wall. Prices are reasonable and won't leave you broke, so prepare for a long stay. Beers are NT$129, house cocktails NT$149, and it's only NT$799 for a bottle of French house wine. The chef is from England and he used to cook at the reputable Savoy Hotel in London so, if you are a food lover, you should not miss having a meal here. It is open from lunch time until the fun times end in the wee hours of the morning. Brunch is organized on the weekend and artsy Sundays feature special events. Speed dating events are held here once a month and they feature a wireless connection for those who love surfing the web. --By Romain Crozier, translated by Uvia Chang
