A Little Sweet

18, Lane 261, WuChang St, North Dist
Hours: 11 am-7 pm, check Facebook for opening hours

This old building has been renovated into a refined dessert shop whose interior has a hip ambiance and simple blue-and-white decor. The result is a popular spot--especially for the ladies--for both photo-taking and indulging in exquisite sweet treats. There are varying daily dessert options to attract customers, with the main offering being cheese cakes, in flavors like Rose Cranberry, Lemon, Earl Grey, and Bubble Tea, plus chiffon cakes. All are available for NT$100-150 (minimum NT$150 bill per person). Drinks include Korea's now-trendy Donut Latte (NT$160) and other tea and milk-tea choices. --By Jason Chen, translated by Anna Yang
