A. Thai Roasted Chicken Salad (NT$160)--Chicken thigh meat is first marinated with Italian herbs and soy sauce, roasted, arranged atop lettuce in a salad bowl with tomatoes and a hard-boiled egg, and drizzled with refreshing Thai sweet-and-spicy dressing. Tree Coffee cups hold fragrant cappuccinos.

B. A signature dish here, French Toast (NT$150), has two thick pieces of toast dipped in white sauce, filled with ham, sprinkled generously with cheese, and toasted till crispy.
