Bobby Self-Help Pet Cleaning and Cafe is a rarity in Taichung. Besides being a combination pet playground and restaurant, it is the city's first and only place to offer pet grooming and DIY pet cleaning (NT$150 and up, according to pet size; towels not provided). Customers can freely use the hydraulic pet-washing sinks, hair dryers, pet-dryer boxes and towel cleaning machine. If you don't want to do the washing yourself, they also provide professional grooming services (NT$300 and up), including cleaning, grooming, ear-cleaning, anal-gland squeezing, and nail clipping. Regarding the cafe there are many options, including various coffees, tea drinks (from NT$130) and meal sets (from NT$180). The owner recommends waffles and coffee with whipped cream.
