A group of 20-somethings run Crash Cafe, a dainty coffee shop that is satisfying and affordable. A. "The Dark Fortress" (NT$120) is made with French ice cream, fresh cream, and caramel sauce that's topped with cocoa powder and a dash of Espresso. The way to enjoy this is to have a few spoonfuls of ice-cream first, and then slowly pour the espresso into the dessert.
