What kind of dessert goes well with the bitter taste of tea and coffee? Sugar & Spice is one of the best places to answer this question. Both of the Sugar & Spice outlets offer a warm, cozy atmosphere, something like the cafes of North America. They serve a wide variety of classic and innovative cakes and desserts. There are also salads, sandwiches, Western dishes and Chinese-style set meals.
Prices average NT$780 for a 10 inch cake. Cakes can also be purchased by the slice. Coffee selections include lattes (NT$90) and cappuccino (NT$85). English-style afternoon tea is also served. Choose from flavored lattes (NT$110), Four Seasons Fruit Tea (NT$85) or fresh juice (grapefruit or orange) (NT$90). Recently, Sugar & Spice has begun to offer brunch. The menu regularly changes to include dishes from all over the world.
