VISITOR RATINGS & REVIEWS
From the corner of Hsueh Shih Road and Mei Ting
Street, one can catch a glimpse of the third floor of Ming Tien
Coffee Language. Through the large windows, you can see people gently
swinging in light blue wicker chairs that are suspended from the
ceiling while enjoying their coffee or tea. Upon entering, there
is definitely an air of culture and sophistication. On the second
floor are comfortable sofas in dark blue and beige.
However, I don't think it is only the deacutecor or the
atmosphere that attracts customers here. Ming Tien Coffee
Language is a professional coffee shop chain with more than 100
outlets in mainland China. Each step in the coffee-making
process, from cultivation to harvesting, roasting, grinding and
brewing, is carefully monitored to ensure the best quality and flavor.
Even the snacks are freshly prepared.
Such high quality comes at very reasonable prices. Various coffees,
teas and freezes range from NT$50 to NT$150. Snacks cost anywhere
from NT$50 to NT$120. Hot pot is also available from NT$99 to NT$250.
There is also a Ming Tien branch outlet located in Houli Hsiang
(township) of Taichung County in the Yamay Resort Sugar Factory
(864, Chia Hou Rd, Houli Hsiang; tel: 2557-1997). Make sure to check
one or both out to see how Ming Tien is changing the face of Taiwan's
coffee shops.
