It's big billboard was what first caught my eyes. NT$49 set meals, including three appetizers, rice, soup, fruit and tea jelly. You have a wide choice of seven main dishes, such as stewed chicken, beef, or pork. Moreover, you've got free parking in the parking lot across the way. Boy! Is it just me or this 'least money most food' tea house real? Even more amazing, Chinese fortune-telling is FREE for all customers! I'd be insane to not check it out!

But to eat is to believe. Don't get scared off by its isolated gate. Go ahead and go straight in. Inside a big tea house reveals itself at the end of a tree-lined lane. The atmosphere revives noted ancient scenes in Chinese chivalry novels. Twinkling yellow lanterns, sculptured Chinese screens, Chinese violins and curved tent-like ceilings weaves an atmosphere resembling a miniature part of today's Tibet. All tea snacks are NT$50-100 or so. What more could you want?
