This new coffee house provides a refined, European-style ambiance, together with very fragrant, tasty cups of coffee, made from beans directly imported by the company itself. The cafe also serves up good snacks, from salmon toast to a unusual but good coffee jelly treat, plus NT$150 set meals and various flower, fruit and Chinese-style teas and juices. Expect to see more of Steven Shaper, as the company has already started installing coffee carts and booths in stores and offices in the Taichung area and further afield, with a goal of 100 outlets by the end of the year.
