Liuligongfang (The Colored Glass House) "Conquer" Series

To honor this year's Olympics, Liuligongfang will exhibit its new work-a series of glass art that follows the theme of "Conquer". One piece, which depicts a fish leaping out of the water (Dragon fish, NT$23,900), represents outstanding work and peace. The pieces are meant to be inspirational and to encourage people to keep going and energetically face any challenges of the day.

7-Eleven welcomes Moon Festival with a Variety of Merchandise

This year, 7-Eleven is ready to present 38 different Moon Festival gift packages, all of which are exclusive to the store. For a limited time only, you can also purchase moon cakes with a picture of the National Palace Museum's national treasures, a photo of the Qing Ming River, or the 2008 World Cup. The famous Taiwanese chain restaurant Shin-Yeh is also promoting their exclusively-made moon cakes at 7-Eleven. Prices range from NT$299 to NT$1,580. Until September 6, you can reserve them in advance and pick them up five days after ordering.
