What was once
the well-known location of Mei Chien Hsiang bakery and imported
food store is now a gleaming new, medium-sized Hess book store.
In addition to a variety of mostly-Chinese books and magazines,
there are also sections for stationery, office supplies, children's
books, computer software and games. Coming from Taichung Kang
Road, the book store is on the right, about 100 meters before the
Kungyi Road intersection.
