CIRCLE BAR 2 7, Lane 118, Yung Fu Road, ShiTuen (Hsitun) district        Peggy's Circle Bar has made a significant expansion, with a larger, all-new bar on the other, western side of the freeway. This very swanky new pub is located on the Sun Mall pedestrian lane behind the Hsitun Geant hypermarket and is a neighbor to O'Chang's Irish pub. The classy interior features subdued lighting and a long dark-wood bar, with small round bar tables as well. On the next level upstairs, there is a lounge area with electronic dart board, and the top floor has a full-size pool table. There is a the usual selection of drinks, including bottled beers from NT$120 (50 percent off during 6:30-8:30 p.m. Happy Hours) and German Warsteiner on tap (NT$150). In addition, Peggy serves her usual variety of snacks, burgers and other meals, such as the Buffalo Chicken Wings (NT$130), Fish & Chips (NT$150), Chinese Grilled Dumplings, Grilled Chicken Salad, Hawaiian Burger (with bacon, cheese and pineapple), Chicken Fingers with honey sauce, and Tuna Melt.--By Douglas Habecker
