Owned by Hoshino Resort, this restaurant has invited Singaporean Chef Lin Tien-yao to lead local chefs in creating authentically-flavored Singapore-style cuisine. The fragrance of longan wood smoke offers a heart-warming welcome to all guests, who can enjoy two kinds of "hot from the kitchen" set meals (NT$2,800 and NT$3,800, plus 10%). Traditional delicacies include glutinous rice cakes, satay, Bak Kut Teh, and Rendang Beef, and the chef has upgraded some hometown specialties into multi-cultural dishes.
