This restaurant specializes in using wholesome agricultural resources from local Taiwanese farms to create its savory, western-style dishes, which vary seasonally. For instance, greenish bamboo from Taoyuan can be savored this summer, in addition to organic duck breast from Miaoli, and coral trout and squid caught and shipped directly from Yilan county. All these represent Chef Max's friendly attitude and gratitude toward local farmers and their dedication.

Several vanilla trees surround the seating area here as part of a modern, elegant dining ambiance that allows diners to enjoy their food while relaxing in a peaceful space. Both the fresh squid, topped with a Peruvian-style sour and spicy sauce, and the juicy, tender New Zealand steak are served with local fresh potatoes.

Set-meal prices range from NT$950 to NT$1500 for lunch and NT$1280 to NT$1980 for dinner, including three appetizers, a dessert and a beverage. A choice of four main entrees is available, including a U.S. ribeye, French-style steak, short ribs from New Zealand, and Taiwanese duck breast, with this selection periodically changing.
