ZhongBu Rd, Longjin Dist
Hours: 6 pm-3 am

If you happen to walk along ZhongBu Road toward Coffee Literature, it is hard to miss its glowing sign in the dark. The advantage of this cafe's location is its wide-open outdoor viewing area, served by an adorable-looking bus containing a kitchen where the staff prepares drinks and food. There is also a variety of seats--including those for groups, couples and individuals--available for relaxing and taking in the views. All this attracts a steady stream of repeat customers, as do treats like the made-to-order waffle (NT$110), which has a mild flavor and firm texture.
