This spacious restaurant's white signage, white decor and white-framed windows grabs the attention of passers-by who are often drawn to stop in and relax over drinks and snacks as well as newspapers and magazines.

Different menu items are offered during specific hours throughout the day to satisfy dining needs, with set meals (NT$238-328) including soup, dessert and half-priced menu drinks. As this place is open from the morning until the wee hours of the night, there are also appetizers, vegetarian options, desserts, and marinated foods, all ranging between NT$80 and NT$298.

Designed with a large pond in the center of the lobby, the decor integrates elements of earth, fire, water and wind. There is also seating for up to 400, making it an excellent choice for special meetings and gatherings, as well as simple dining and hanging out.

Sweet & Sour Fish (NT$298)-A whole fish is first breaded with flour and then deep-fried until it is crispy on the outside and tender inside. Served with sweet-and-sour sauce, it's a flavorful dish that goes great with rice.

Cafe & Meal Chicken and Cheese with Egg-Wrapped Rice (NT$288) Soft eggs with shredded cheese inside that makes this an entree that combines elements of sweet Japanese-style cuisine and spicy Indian curry flavors.
