A. US Angus Prime Flat Steak (NT$439) is prepared with low-temperature cooking techniques and is best enjoyed medium-rare. Add NT$149 for a set-meal upgrade with salad, fruit vinegar, soup, dessert, and drink.

B. Pairing great with beer, the Jalapeno Honey BBQ Sauce Ribs (NT$490) are marinated for a full day in fruit vinegar, apple, honey and Mexican jalapeno sauce, then baked at low temperatures for three hours.

C. Beef Short Ribs (NT$699) is a creative dish marinaded with over 10 spices and Shaohsing wine before baking, giving it a distinctively different flavor from wine-marinaded ribs.
