Creativity and attention to detail can be seen everywhere at this French/Italian restaurant, from the appetizers to classic set meals, wines and even sauces. One can enjoy gourmet dining in this relaxing, comfortable space with three set meals (NT$380, NT$580, NT$780--add NT$99 for wine). --By Niang Chen, translated by Erica Lin

A. Pan-Fried Mulberry Chicken Roll w/ Mulberry Sauce, Seafood of Pumpkin Soup, Stewed Mushroom w/ Coriander Seed & Dressing Balsamic Crystal Ball in Italian Style are part of the NT$580 Set Meal. The red wine vinaigrette "crystal balls", resembling caviar, are made with molecular gastronomy techniques.

B. Grilled Pork with Garlic, Rosemary Sauce is a NT$780 set option. The savory tender, juicy pork is accented by sea salt or garlic rosemary sauce and the refreshing pickled tomatoes are an excellent complement.

Mangrove BistroC. Chili Linguine with Seafood is an entree choice for the NT$380 set meal. Linguine is stir-fried with olive oil and garlic to accentuate the natural wheat flavors and fresh seafood fragrance.
